WATERWAY VISTA
Tucked away in a corner of Milton Keynes, the clients wanted to modernise and extend their ground floor to create an open plan space, with a large sliding wall that could make the spaces more intimate.
To the rear of the house is the Grand Union canal, and the opportunity was taken to create a full width frameless glass balcony with views to the tree-lined canal and towpath beyond.
FLEET EXPANSION
A wide but shallow neo-georgian residence in Hampshire, the opportunity was taken to create a single storey full width rear extension with high ceilings to maximise the space created.

The width of the plot meant also a two-storey side extension was possible, creating a new focus for the front of the house and creating a much grander appearance.
VILLAGE VIEW
A quiet village location with far-reaching views, the client looked to update and open up the downstairs rear to create a better link to the garden for their young family.
They also wanted to add a luxurious and more separate loft conversion, with a large picture window to frame the village, and a en-suite to the side with new window overlooking rolling countryside
URBAN OASIS
Situated in a former car-park in North London, the tight site presented challenges of privacy and not being overbearing to neighbours houses, whilst creating two compact family dwellings.
Two bedroom pavilions at each end, connected by a high and bright living spaces opening onto with their own private garden space. A similar palette of materials was used to tie it into their surroundings.
